  • Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving their order, in line with consumer protection regulations.

  • To request a return, email our support team at support@zunelle.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items purchased on sale or during a promotional campaign are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

  • Returned products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
